Select customers receive a dedicated ECSM to assist you throughout your Veeam journey.

  • Receive access to an ECSM and Customer Success team, and work together to identify data management milestones and proactively set a path to ensure they’re achieved.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of your success criteria and ensure you meet your goals — both short and long-term.
  • Become the liaison for communicating your needs, concerns and suggestions back to Veeam.
  • Assign resources to provide network analysis, ongoing best practices, health checks and product training.
  • Provide information on the latest updates and industry trends, and coordinate vision road maps so that you are well informed.
