Veeam 101: Learn about the Support and Renewals services

Tyler has been with Veeam Support for over 4 years, as well as serving in Customer Service roles since 2004. He has worked closely with a large portion of our customers ranging from Small Businesses all the way up to the Enterprise. He was recently promoted to Escalation Manager, where he focuses on holistic approaches to our most critical customer’s challenges. Tyler is a master at recognizing the big picture, leveraging strategic approaches as opposed to tactical, which is most commonly experienced with most Technical Support engagements.

Jim Tedesco is an industry veteran with more than two decades of sales, operations, and leadership experience. He is responsible for Veeam’s end-user customer base, including technical support, overall customer satisfaction, and continuing to grow the company’s leading Net Promoter Score.
