Vanderwal will use his extensive management experience and leadership skills to drive continued revenue growth and oversee sales and partner programs in the region. Vanderwal joins Veeam with more than 15 years of experience developing and implementing sales initiatives. Most recently, he served as vice president of worldwide sales at BridgeWays, where he led a global sales team and developed a go-to-market strategy that helped BridgeWays grow from a startup company to an industry contender. Prior to BridgeWays, he spent five years at N-able Technologies as regional sales manager. During his tenure, the company grew from 20 to 150 employees, generated impressive revenue growth, and was named to Deloitte & Touche’s “Fast 50” companies for Canada.
