Requirements

Before installing this patch, please confirm that you are running Veeam Backup for Google Cloud Platform v2 (build 2.0.0.530). You can check your build number under Configuration | Support Information | About | Server version by clicking the gear icon at the top-right corner of the main menu in Veeam Backup for Google Cloud Platform.

After installing Veeam Backup for Google Cloud Platform v2 Patch 1, your build version will be 2.0.0.535.

Resolved Issues

  • Addressed issue when sorting by Location column in Instances tab 
  • Corrected time zone in mail updates 
  • Addressed a potential data loss issue that can occur when unique data block is moved between locations several times in different restore points, causing accidental deletion of such data block during the retention process

Download Information

The update is available in the Google Marketplace and can be applied within the Veeam Backup for Google Cloud Platform user interface.

The Notification Bell feature in Veeam Backup for Google Cloud Platform console will advise that an update is available.
