You may apply for one or both categories. Three finalists in each category will be invited to
VeeamON 2025 to share their stories and compete for ultimate recognition.

Business Impact Award
Recognizing organizations that overcame data challenges with Veeam solutions. One representative from each of the top three finalists will be invited to VeeamON.
Criteria
- Complexity of Challenge:
Describe the scale of the data challenge, such as a breach, system failure, or downtime threat. - Use of Veeam Solutions:
Explain how Veeam solutions were applied to resolve the challenge—backup, disaster recovery, etc - Measurable Outcomes:
Share tangible results like reduced downtime, cost savings, or faster recovery times.
Executive Team of the Year
Honors leadership teams driving data resilience and aligning IT with business goals. C-level and CISO leaders from the top three finalists will be invited to VeeamON.
Criteria
- Leadership and Vision:
Show how the leadership guided the team through challenges and aligned IT with business growth. - Value Creation and Protection:
Highlight how their decisions protected data and created business value (e.g., security, compliance). - Team Development & Community:
Demonstrate efforts to grow the team and be involved in the broader IT community.

Who is eligible to participate in the Veeam Data Resilience Awards?
Any Veeam customer who meets the terms and conditions is eligible to participate. Veeam partners and employees may also nominate customers who have shown outstanding resilience with Veeam solutions. For full details, see the T&C here.
Who can nominate a customer?
In addition to customers being able to nominate themselves, we also encourage Veeam employees and partners to nominate their customers. We will contact nominated customers directly to confirm their participation before sharing their story publicly.
What if I’m unsure about sharing my or my customer case publicly?
Before finalizing any nomination or sharing your story, we will connect with nominated customer personally to confirm permissions and obtain any necessary approvals. No information will be shared or used publicly without customers consent to to ensure customer privacy and compliance.
What’s the difference between the two award categories?
The Business Impact Award honors organizations that have used Veeam solutions to overcome significant data challenges. The Executive Team of the Year award recognizes leadership teams (C-level and CISO) who have driven data resilience and aligned IT with business goals. Still not sure which category fits your case? Can I apply for both award categories?
Yes, customers are welcome to apply for one or both categories if they meet the eligibility criteria.
How many company representatives will be invited to VeeamON 2025?
Each finalist organization may send one representative for the Business Impact Award. For the Executive Team of the Year award, both C-level and CISO leaders will be invited. The customer decides who will attend to receive the award.
What is included in the VeeamON 2025 invitation for finalists?
Finalists receive conference pass to attend VeeamON 2025, for the opportunity to share their story on the main stage.
When will the results be announced?
Notifications will be sent in February 2025, providing you an update of your status.
