Jon most recently served as the CISO for Royal Mail, and has over 20 years of experience in constructing and leading security programs and global teams within organisations undergoing substantial business/technology transformations. Jon has worked across various sectors including Financial Services, Customer Services, Telecoms, and Online Entertainment, leveraging insights from each to enrich customer experiences and organisational security.
