He is the bestselling author of Gray Day, and the inspiration for the film Breach, in which he was portrayed by actor Ryan Phillippe. O’Neill is the founder of The Georgetown Group, a premier investigative and security services firm, and serves as a national security strategist for cybersecurity companies.

George Westerman is a Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management and Founder of the Global Opportunity Initiative (http://goi.mit.edu). George is cochair of the MIT Sloan CIO Leadership Awards, a member of the Digital Strategy Roundtable for the US Library of Congress, and learning strategy advisor to the World Health Organization Academy. He works frequently with senior management teams and industry groups around the world. Prior to earning a Doctorate from Harvard Business School, he gained more than 13 years of experience in product development and technology leadership roles.

My name is Giuseppe Larovere, and I am the Associate Director of Hosting On Premise for Carrier Corporation. Initially drawn to numbers, I pursued studies in accounting, but my passion for technology ultimately transformed my career path. Embracing the challenges of the recent technology revolution, I have successfully turned my passion into my profession. Outside of work, I have been an avid runner since 1996. I also enjoy spending quality time with friends, travelling with my wife, and enjoy the food of my native country, Italy!

I am a seasoned professional with extensive experience in infrastructure services architecture, with more than 25 years in the field. I am currently working as a Principal Infrastructure Services Lead Architect in the global Hybrid Infrastructure Services team within Schneider Electric. As part of my role, I also look for opportunities to disrupt and leverage new technology options to automate and support our digital transformation and vision. I've worked for other global entities, such as Microsoft, Unisys and Local Consulting companies in my area. I enjoy experimenting with the latest tech, and in my free time, I enjoy travel, food and spending time with my family.

With over 25 years experience in IT, Mike has worked in multiple roles across several industries including mobile telco, gaming, retail automation, banking, insurance and education. Mike has led several large-scale transformative endeavours and thrives in complex, changing environments. Currently leading the IT in Catholic Education Western Australia, Mike is responsible for IT services delivered to over 12,000 staff and 80,000 students across 160 schools. In addition, Mike is also the Chief of Business Development, responsible for business growth and expansion.

Over the course of his 26-year career with the Angels, Neil Fariss became an invaluable member of the organization, delivering technology solutions that benefit both the business and baseball operations sides of the company. His work in information technology helped the team stay ahead of the technological curve, ensuring they had the tools needed to optimize their performance both on and off the field. Neil’s legacy is also felt in the way the Angels embrace new technological solutions, from data analytics to fan engagement. He was part of a broader shift in professional sports, where teams began to view technology as an essential asset for driving success. Whether it was streamlining internal workflows or enhancing the fan experience, his contributions have helped to shape the Angels’ approach to technology for decades.

Christine Bentsen is the head of global product marketing at Veeam. Delivering solutions that drive organizational success has been a focus throughout her career. She has extensive experience as both a product manager and product marketer, with over 30+ years of experience in technology in companies including Veeam, Broadcom, CA, HP, and SolarWinds.

Jon most recently served as the CISO for Royal Mail, and has over 20 years of experience in constructing and leading security programs and global teams within organisations undergoing substantial business/technology transformations. His passion lies in leveraging security programs to bolster business and technological advancement. Jon has worked across various sectors including Financial Services, Customer Services, Telecoms, and Online Entertainment, leveraging insights from each to enrich customer experiences and organisational security. He also possesses practical experience of managing data breaches and ransomware cyber incidents, coordinating Cyber and Forensics activities to effectively respond to and recover from such incidents.Jon uses business process change as much as technology to solve security challenges.

Rick Vanover is a VP of Product Strategy at Veeam. Rick’s passion for challenges led to his commitment to educate and communicate at all levels—engaging those new to availability technologies as well as those who are experts. As a blogger, podcaster and active member of the IT community, Rick builds relationships and spreads excitement about Veeam solutions.Before becoming the “go-to” guy for Veeam questions, Rick was in system administration and IT management.
