In one of my roles at Veeam, I have the privilege of working on the core team at VeeamON. 2017 marks the third VeeamON global event, and I’m more excited than ever for this year’s event. At current count, we have 88 breakouts that bring the full scope of content needed to allow organizations of all types to Experience Availability.
For the decision maker, I would like to highlight the business tracks (designated with “VB” in the track numbers). The business tracks are a bit different this year because we’ve introduced a few customer panels to discuss current implementations from profile organizations from around the world, such as National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Hologic, University of British Columbia, Jumeirah Group, Study Group and Scania. There are additional customer stories used in technical breakouts as well.
We’re very excited to give you the opportunity to not just learn Veeam technology — but to hear from your peers in the industry on how their Availability experience has improved with Veeam. Whether the business track breakouts or the varietal content planned for the general session are of interest, VeeamON 2017 will be the place to be to get the latest from Veeam.
Additionally, there are announcements planned for VeeamON 2017 that will also shape the future of Availability for customers and prospects worldwide. While I would love to share them specifically, I can only say for now that the announcements will be around extending Availability as you know it and some upcoming key features with existing new products. One big example here are announcements around Veeam Availability Suite v10, announced in August of last year. VeeamON 2017 will see more information on v10, giving organizations what they need to go forward with the best Availability experience.
Aside from the future, there is the current time. The capabilities available now, as well as the knowledge to get the most out of the current Veeam capabilities, will be addressed at VeeamON 2017 in New Orleans. If you haven’t made the decision to go — you still have time. You and your technical staff will find the content you need to confidently embrace Veeam technologies and the ecosystems we provide Availability for.
We hope to see you in New Orleans!
