For best results, this should be used in harmony with the “kasten-validate-ns-by-preset-label” policy which necessitates “dataprotection” labeling for new namespaces.

The “check Kasten location profile is immutable” policy blocks deleterious changes by guaranteeing that Kasten location profiles have immutability enabled, thereby preventing harmful changes to backup data.
