Veeam Configurator helps you manage and control the configuration of your entire VMware Virtual Infrastructure from a single Windows interface.

Veeam Configurator allows you to quickly and easily manage settings and subsystems of VMware ESX Servers' otherwise accessible only through the command line, scripts or manual editing of configuration files – all from a single Windows screen – without needing to become a Linux expert.

Veeam Configurator integrates with and extends the capabilities of VMware VirtualCenter. It offers administrators a convenient way to use VirtualCenter partitioning to, for example, simultaneously configure all VMware ESX Servers in a cluster. Veeam Configurator 1.5 features the following Experts:

• NEW AddUser Expert helps you create user account with shell access on one or multiple VMware ESX hosts simultaneously. The Veeam AddUser Expert is available as a free edition of Veeam Configurator v1.5.
• NEW EsxDiag Expert reports on service console configuration, TCP and DNS settings, datastores availability and checks which scheduled services failed to launch. It also checks NTP settings and shows you the time difference between a public NTP server and the host.
• RootAccess Expert helps you enable or disable remote root access.
• TimeSync Expert allows you to check, modify and apply the correct NTP configuration for all VMware ESX Servers within your virtual infrastructure environment. Reports are provided in Excel format.
• PatchLevel Expert helps you to report on the current patch level for every ESX Server in the virtual infrastructure or in the specified server group. Reports are provided in Excel format.
• CustomScript Expert allows you to run a custom script for every ESX Server in the VMware VI3, or in the specified server group, and see the execution results in a consolidated view.
