Error: Not enough licenses.
Error: Unable to process the workload: your license has been exceeded

To begin investigating a license limit exceeded situation, it is best to review the License Information to understand what objects are currently consuming licenses. If an object is listed as licensed and no longer needs to have a license assigned, its license assignment can be revoked manually.
